Monday 1st October

There is moderate Flat action today at Bath and Catterick and AW at Kempton, we will cover a couple of those meetings with some "proofing tips" that will be in The Members Paddock. The "proofing tips" have thrown up a few nice winners, a lot of placed horses, and seem to be in infinitely better nick, than those Flat Tipsters they are primed to replace; so we will start to integrate 2-3 of them on to the panel this week to replace 3 who are leaving.

The NH meeting at Newton Abbot; which time permitting, I will pop along to, allows Robin Taylor and The Advisor to have formal selections, very much the start of a long NH season for them, where they will be looking to enhance some excellent performances last season where based on all results to SP they achieved ROI in excess of 30% and 20% respectively, something we will analyse in greater detail once the NH really gets in to full swing in the next few weeks.

We will do a full review of September results later today and that will be published in due course, no later than Wednesday morning in a separate e-mail to the Daily Tips. The usual Daily Tips e-mail returns today and will be issued every weekday at the usual time of around 8.30am. The ELITE tips for Saturday will continue to be issued on a Friday evening throughout October, David had another big priced runner up on Saturday (advised at 25/1); he may not be available this coming weekend, as he has a short trip to Poland, if he is not available, Michael Gould, who had an excellent spell as Elite Tipster, before stepping down due to work commitments, will step in as a "one off" replacement, and Michael will be more involved with Daily Tips going forwards too in to the NH season, to give us a strong triple pronged attack on NH plus David on Saturdays, and 2-3 new Tipsters who will cover the remainder of the Flat season, all of the AW in the winter and some NH too.

The selections today at Newton Abbot come from Robin in the 4.30 and The Advisor in the 5.05 races and we have 3 x "proofing tips"; a couple at Kempton and one at Bath.
