Saturday 11th August

We have tips from David and The SP2A Elite Service today, swerving Ascot and The Shergar Cup with a couple of races at Haydock Park; sadly an early non runner but with small fields at Newmarket, and nothing else really standing out, easily the best meeting on the day.

As announced on Friday morning, no selections tomorrow but plenty to look forwards to next week, not the least Newton Abbot on Wednesday and also some decent ground likely all over the UK at long last. The following week sees our favourite "non big 4 Festival" meeting of the year, at our favourite Flat Track, The York Ebor meeting, and with the wind down of the incessant "evening fixtures"; a period when we will surely be seeing a lot of exciting, fresh and very well handicapped horses in big and competitive fields.

The USPGA Golf encountered some weather issues yesterday but Kevin continues to prove why he is one of the outstanding Golf Tipsters out there; with Gary Woodland (frankly I'd never heard of the guy when I saw the tips on Wednesday); still leading on 10 under, a 150/1 tip and just 2 shots back in 3rd place is 23/1 shot Brookes Koepka. Kevin always says Saturday is "movers day" and it will be interesting to see how things "pan out".

We have Speedway GP tips and analysis, and another sport where we have been in outstanding form, David takes over the analysis and tips from me, on our rotation system this time, and his FREE tips and analysis on one the website (no need to log in) under Tipping Services, click Speedway GP and then look down to the Blogs and click Read Me.

I wish I could find a market for the European Under 19 Championship Final that our sponsored rider 17 year old Tom Brennan rides in -  spoke to his mom last night and he was the sensation of practise, clocking the fastest times and beating the hot meeting favourite a 19 year old Dane. Sadly, no betting that I can find, but hopefully the young man will stay safe and continue to stagger and amaze.

All we need now is for the Horse Racing tips to return to the form of the 12 months prior to mid June, and we will all be very happy I'm sure. I remain completely convinced that one decent winner, and the way of betting dictates it will be a lucky one; will kick start the glut that we are usually accustomed to.
