Monday 4th June

At Leicester in the 5.10 both Twin Appeal and FIRMDECISIONS are very strongly fancied just below the tips, the former is very well handicapped below a mark of 80, back at 7 furlongs with wins not so long ago off marks of 89 and 91 in better Class. The Trainer form is the only thing that stopped it being a tip, He (David Barron) will fire soon and when he does is one to follow, the other and a mention is FIRMDECISIONS; again a Trainer concern, if still with Dean Ivory I'd say "nailed on here" not so sure about Tinkler. I will be blunt, it's a "stopping yard" it's in the DNA (anyone remember Colin) BUT when they are "On" they are on and the jockey booking deserves a 1/2 point each way.

We will add Firmdecisions and Twin Appeal to the two tips in a suggested TRICAST PERM for those who like an added forecast/tricast dabble.

At Newton Abbot we will add the aforementioned Ballyantics and Mauna Kea to a Tricast perm together with 50/1 shot EDDIES PEARL. This is very speculative but won a nice 3 mile Open Point to Point on decent ground, beating Frost and Barber P2P horses in to places ridden by Bryony and Will Biddick respectively. Rex Dingle rode the horse that day and gets the ride again and is well worth his Claim. With Sky going 5 places and all others 4 and the Ground looking perfect for it, with a lot of deadwood in the race; just one I felt might "pop up"...
