Plumpton 1.40

Plumpton 1.40 6 What A Diva @ 12/1 (B365/BV) / 4 Tambura @ 7/1 - 1/2 point each way both horses

The 1.40 is actually a cracking little Monday handicap and you could not safely write off any of them. I want to take
on Jester Jet though, opposable on the form in this type of Going and the jockey is always a concern to me. Culture De Sivola has a very
good chance but this is a Course debut and it is up again in trip and handicap mark and therefore not massive value at the price. The

other one of interest from an in form yard is Carnspindle but it tries 1/2 mile beyond the trip it won off and not sure about tacky going.

I narrowed it down to 3 mares and they are ACT NOW; TAMBURA and WHAT A DIVA. Act Now comes from an in form yard and
has had a run, won over CD off a mark of 92, then won off 105 and my slight niggles are this handicap mark and also that her very
best form has been in February/March and may be she is a spring mare?. TAMBURA has won this race in 2015 and 2016, ticks every
box, Trainer knows how to ready one and has had a similar prep run to last year. The handicap mark is spot on. The dark horse and
one the bookies may just have discarded too easily is WHAT A DIVA she has won over 3 miles at Towcester; so proven stamina and
in soft/heavy. Gets a nice mark/weight here and Sean Bowen is a man on his way to the very top and 12/1 with 365/BV looks very
appealing. On the balance of handicap marks, and Autumn form I will just side with TAMBURA and WHAT A DIVA and I will throw
a few bob at ACT NOW and Culture De Sivola in to a Tricast perm looking for the first 3 home.
