The Going here too can be a little bit softer than advertised and when it is a stiffer track than it looks;EDGE looks value at 12/1 ); runs off a nice handicap mark and looks ready to strike. I like Topmeup but it may just want the sun
to come out a bit more and I keep coming back to ZARIA who will enjoy this slightly easier grade and gets nice mark/ideal Gong
(Zaria is another we will back to win but you may take the each way saver at this price as it looks solid value with odds to 4th)
A mention about CAPTAIN SEDGWICK, we have been very patient with the horse and John (Spearing) was always
adamant she needed time, after a few promising runs and no luck she came good "big time" last time at Ffos Llas and
will probably be looking beyond a mile by the end of this season. The price today is skinny at 5/2 but I will be having
a small each way dabble and hoping we can add a few more quid in prize money to the Racing Club coffers from our
small share in the horse, if you are interested in owning a share in 4 horses (2 with John; one with Lydia Pearce and
a very promising hurdler with Oliver Sherwood) for £30 a month all in, stable visits and Owners Badges, let me know.
