Wincanton 2.15

Wincanton 2.15 5 Orbasa - 1 point each way @ 8/1 (B365/BV)

The conundrum here is what may appreciate some cut in the ground, what is fit to win first time out;
what has run well first time out, and which yards are up and running, and which are still coming out of hibernation. This

is the type of race where in a few weeks time you'd get a completely different result to today.

I will mark a few off that were of interest, Gentleman Jon; may not like the Going and the trip is noticeably on the short side;
Roll The Dough concerns me due to its apparent fragility and lack of experience in a race this deep; Dance Floor King has
good Course and Distance form but needed seasonal debut last year and yard has been inactive so far in terms of many/any

runners; and the Mulholland pair; both may need the runs still and the yards apparent lack of form puts me off at this stage.

That led me to ORBASA; trained by Paul Nicholls; Fit having run recently; good Course form; Going not a problem based
on all form evidence; a sliding mark and down in grade with a Claimer booked!. They say the horse is "disappointing"; it has
been BUT PFN may just see this race on this day, under these conditions as an ideal opportunity, certainly looking at the
others, you would think, if it can't win today, when will it?. It may be a horse that not even PFN can win with but, at 8/1 and
with concerns about everything else, it would be foolish not to have a bash surely???.
