Friday 13th May

A welcome return to form for our Northern expert yesterday, not that he'd been out of form for more than a day on occasions over the past few weeks finding Cruyff Turn and Brunch to finish 1-2 at SP's of 8/1 (advised 12's) and 11/2 (advised 8's) respectively. I suppose if we were being greedy in terms of staking we may have wanted them to finish the other way round, but some excellent analysis nonetheless.

I was less impressive regarding the 1.50 race, a 25/1 5th if you went enhanced to 5th though I doubt Sky would have paid you on that price (not sure?), pace was again the key in the race there on Good Going, we've just the one race at York today and that prominent running style asset (or so it seems so far this week) is something we'll take in to account.

There are 8 Meetings today across both codes including a couple in Ireland. We had a look at summer jumping but decided to stick with the Flat Turf with quiet confidence about the 3 good Handicaps we have chosen to attack.
