Friday 14th August

A frustrating day for Sean who I know is kicking himself a little, after picking 2 horses falling down the handicap to win in recent days (Ardhooney and Highway to Heaven) he decided to leave the obvious follow on horse out yesterday at the final pick, and saw Hamley (analysed in the write up) win at 8/1. All was not lost with Bookies mostly paying odds to 5th so any losses largely covered by the 5th place of Mohtaffif.

He is human after all and not an automated bot/robot.

Nothing specific in terms of a tip or tracker from Sean at The Curragh this afternoon, although he will have a look back to a tip Sunday that was unplaced in the race where the other tip and tracker came first and second and thinks the draw today could have a major impact....that analysis is at the end of the message.

Weather again a factor today, we've seen some "concrete strips" all week and with rain in the South West we'll play a hunch that Going at Chepstow, who have had no choice but to water all week, may be on soft side of Good by 8.05pm tonight
