A nice win on the nod for Barishnikov at Chester yesterday, returned an SP of 5/1 but widely available at 15/2 when advised. A runner up and 5th (paid by pretty much every bookie with 16 of the 17 declared running, at Huntingdon with Ask The Lady advised at 5/1 and Missthecuddles advised at 7/1. A few points net profit on the day.

 

There is some decent NH today, particularly at Market Rasen, Flat at Ascot and some decent Irish Racing but "with our Flat eyes" in good nick in the past few weeks, lets focus on The Chester Cup and The Chester Plate today. Interesting how these races are targeted by certain Trainers, Ian Williams, partially due to the patronage of Dr Koucash (even though he's often taken good horses away from Williams after winning), Mark Johnston, Alan King and never rule out a McCain runner here either. In the 2 races with a combined 31 runners , we have no less than 17 runners from those 3 yards with 9 from Ian Williams.
