The incredibly hot and humid weather continues in parts and no doubt many of you will have been kept awake all night by a combination of the heat and humidity and some ferocious electrical storms and in parts torrential rain. It looks as if things WILL calm down over the next 24 hours with some fresher weather and return to normal temperatures arriving for Friday and the weekend.

 

It's impossible to predict Going and conditions in the UK today, so we'll go over to Ireland. Sean could not find too much with any great confidence on a tricky Gowran Park Card but has a big priced tracker with what looks some compelling analysis.
