Wednesday 13th January

A decent run again from Uther Pendgragon at Lingfield yesterday, again stayed on late to finish 3rd at double figure Odds with the other selection The Game Is On running inexplicably badly. Smiths Cross was a last fence faller at Wetherby, having looked to hold a decent place chance at least for a fair way. We think a horse that can win moderate 3 mile Chases and one for your Trackers as it will put a good round of jumping together one day and as fitness improves will pick up a race somewhere.

There is NH at Naas today, some decent races but nothing that particularly catches Seans' eye. We've discussed with Sean and decided to revert to him tipping only when really confident about something as we identified a bit of a trend of "today is Irish Racing so Sean will tip" philosophy creeping in, and his excellent form has always been when quality has been put over quantity. There will definitely be Irish tips later in the week.

NH at Leicester and Plumpton and also AW at Kempton, a number of 3 year Old races and nothing really in the "All Aged" races that stands out.

Tips and analysis today from Ian at Plumpton
