Wednesday 1st September

A couple of decent enough runs at Hexham yesterday, Dutch Canyon was runner up at 8/1 having run prominently and led at the last he was picked off by a better horse who you'd suspect won with a bit in hand. Ever So Much also ran prominently and looked to be going very well 2 out. Sadly it found nothing off the bridle nevertheless a bit of a kick in the goolies when it just got done on the line for 3rd place, finishing 4th and out of the places at 12/1 to thwart an each way return and a small each way return on two places horses in an each way double.

The better options are again over the Jumps today, I think both Flat and NH need a bit of wet stuff to just take the sting out of the Ground to possibly improve field sizes.

Robin again in the chair and a fancy for one at Uttoxeter and one to keep in mind for your trackers in the same race
