Newbury 3.20 A Class5 over 12 furlongs and a gaggle of potentially progressive 4 year olds who may only now be ready to improve top the market. The likes of Buckland Boy; Carp Kid; Consultant and Encryption should be big dangers here and I would track all of them in the coming weeks as potential to win races and improve. There is though a very well handicapped horse despite top weight in RAKES PROGRESS who usually compete at higher Class and has had a run which it clearly needed. It runs off a mark of 77 off which it was very competitive last season in far better races and has a Course win over 10 furlongs too. An under-rated Trainer and Jockey and a nice each way price.
