Sandown 3.35 - A bit of a puzzle this one and hard to rule much out, or in. AMI DESBOIS is down in Class and running well enough to gobble this up at about 4/1, I have to have a "win saver" on him for 1 point. Of those with proven mud loving form, Bob Mahler has won over 3 miles over hurdles but does not look to be on a particularly good Handicap mark. Potters Approach could be a dark horse who is in the SP2A Tracker so we will leave him for new and The Bay Birch is another who has a bit of proven stamina, but upped in Class and I'm not 100% convinced on this Going, but if either Potters or TBB romped home, I would not be surprised.

 

The one i most like is HORATIO HORNBLOWER, a Course and Distance winner; who arrives below his win mark, Nick Williams thrives with these 3 mile Chasers, the booking of Sam Twiston-Davies adds to confidence and I think he will be ridden prominently, to use proven stamina and ability in conditions.
