Cheltenham 4.00

Cheltenham 4.00 - Handicap Hurdle - 2 miles and 1/2 furlong - Class 4 Old Course - 20 run - Good to Soft

A similar scenario to the opener with a solid looking top end of the market but not massive strength in depth.

Fergal runs 4 of which CITY DERBY off a 183 day break would seem to be first string on jockey booking and SAMBA DANCER who was a narrow winner here at the opening meeting of the Cheltenham season both look to have excellent chances considering the Yard's form.

Percys Ward for the Skeltons doesn't have a great handicap mark but may yet have some latent potential but the each way banker may be BRORSON for Martin Keighley and Sean Bowen. The Yard may not have kicked on as once looked likely in terms of numbers but can still get one ready and win nice races if the horse is good enough.

BRORSON was a runner up over Course and Distance last time, looks likely to improve for the run and I narrowly prefer it over City Derby and Samba Dancer in that order.

TIP - Brorson (play Tricast if you wish with named Fergal pair)
