Cork 4.50

Cork 4.50 - a challenging 3 mile Handicap Hurdle and plenty of exposed and unexposed types, the kind of race where you can't rule much out, and hard to be 100% confident about ruling anything in but I kept coming back to 2 horses on my form analysis and that was backed up by extensive notes and comments as have tipped before with some success. The pair against the field are CAPPUCINO MAN - won a 3 mile Point 2 Point as a youngster staying on well, started life under Rules at 2 miles and focussed mainly at 2 1/2 and 2 3/4 miles, regularly very competitive and staying on at one pace lacking a gear change. The one Rules run at 3 miles was OK and on softer ground. I can see a bold run here and won't need that change of gear if they go a nice pace, could be an ideal race on this Going and Racing Post Rating is bang on the right mark to win this on best form. The other one i like is CAPPCURRY ZAK only 3 runs this season so is fresh, is also on a nice mark and proven at trip. The Going is a niggle but I'm confident that if it got too firm they would declare him a non runner, so nothing ventured nothing gained, and if you go way back to 2015, and I've watched the race again, won and coped perfectly then with Good to Yielding ground, same as forecast today. I expect a bold run at a nice price and again close to perfect Rating to win off.

I will be back tomorrow with 3 selections at big Odds in The Irish National and a look through the rest of the Card.
