Friday 25th August

Good Morning

There are a few angles today in terms of price and probability that I have looked at myself that you may wish to consider.
The Nunthorpe at York 3.35 sees the eagerly awaited clash between Lady Aurelia and Battaash  and it seems unlikely
they won't finish 1-2 but something has to place 3rd and these are a pair of 3 year olds in against some very experienced
top class Sprinters whose ability to handle the hype may be a bigger asset than some expect. I love to have a bash in
such races, looking to pick up some place money and given the 5% chance that something may happen to the favourites;

well who knows so my few quid each way will be on PROFITABLE at 14/1 and TAKE COVER at 33/1.

A couple more caught my eye and again this one is all about "experience"  HONEYSUCKLE LIL has had a few nice
touches for us over the years, gets in off low weight in the 7.05 at Hamilton and although out of the weights has a
better squeak of a place than the 20/1 suggests and finally at Salisbury in the 5.15 LIVING LEADER caught my eye
off this handicap mark with Course and Distance form, what then made me really sit up was the fact that Grace Harris;

trainer, had 2 big priced out of the blue winners yesterday, may just be worth a few bob each way to see if it happens again!

I don't suggest anything more than a few quid on those 4 but as I always say, you have to "speculate to accumulate".
