PLACESPOTTER - Ffos Llas 5.05 4 Shore Step - each way @ 10/1 (1 point each way)

Very rare for me to venture in to deepest Wales, a track I have been to and it is an outstanding
set up, created by Dai Walters, and I do feel sorry for him, a fantastic gesture, lovely location,
BUT; it is literally miles from anywhere and it seems today may be one of about 10 days a year;
when it does not bucket down with rain. The 5.05 though is a really nice handicap sprint
and my selection somewhat jumped off the page and then withstood the usual scrutiny and
analysis. Trained by Mick Channon, ridden by Martin Lane, drawn in 11 out of 12;
has a nice handicap mark at the right level here, is relatively fresh as just 3 runs this year
so fitness wise and freshness wise at a peak; will appreciate drying ground but like the
cut in the Good ground here and looks to have been very well placed by in form yard
