The opener at Carlisle is a long Distance amateur Hurdle race and the obvious one is
the front runner Danceintothelight. It has a great chance BUT it will take some excellent
pace judgement from the inexperienced daughter of Donald McCain to get the fractions
right, fair play to her if she does, but not at 2/1. Cape Hideaway and Magnolia Ridge
have solid claims for in form yards but the one who really catches my eye is DONNAS
PRIDE, a Course and Distance winner, travels well and will enjoy a strong and truly
run race and off a nice mark with probably the most experienced jock in the field.
The 5/1 gives you the scope to punt to "win" or have an each way saver.
