Placespotter -: Huntingdon 4.20 5 Giveitachance - each way @ 6/1 (Paddy Power) / Placespotter -: Ludlow 5.30 8 River Of Intrigue - each way @ 6/1 (Generally)

Placespotter -: I've been waiting a long time for GIVEITACHANCE to have some decent
ground, it has won twice over Course and Distance and Huntingdon is a bit of a specialists
track, those wins off 95 and 100, look good in the context of a mark of 95 today and the horse
was a runner up here in a similar contest off 102 in the Autumn. The fact that the Yard had
a 25/1 winner a few days just adds to the "positive vibe" I have, as its one of those "streaky"

yards that suddenly can spring to life and get 3-4 winners in a short time...

The 5.30 at Ludlow looks competitive on paper but a lot of out of form, possibly over-raced
and also exposed types here, Utility could be on a nice mark but has been off 122 days;
Midnight Target is a big danger a CD winner on a nice mark with a 7lbs Claimer, but
his CD win was a slog and might just have taken the edge off. RIVER OF INTRIGUE
is from a top Yard, is never going to be a star but has been given time to develop,
this drop in trip and slightly better ground should suit and of all the runners he looks
the one with most potential to improve and we know stamina should not be an issue.
