Yarmouth 3.30 -: It is good to let the heart rule the head sometimes and SEXT SECRET gave myself and a small band of SP2A Racing Club's greatest thrills when winning for us here at Yarmouth in 2016. We no longer have a share in him as we decided to move on (indeed new Ownership plans are well advanced and as promised will be rolled out soon); but he is very well handicapped again, he won here off a mark of 54, was runner up off a mark of 47 and runs off 45 today. He has a "Plan A" and no plan B; plan a is to race prominently; get the lead in the straight and gallop and gallop, he has no gear change but the conditions suit him here; and with only 2 -3 serious rivals in my opinion, I think he is cracking each way value.

The 2 I fear most are RIGHT ABOUT NOW and CALM CHARM, both have run well at 10 furlongs, both have pedigrees that indicate they can step up what would be over another 300 yards; IF they do then SS will do well to hold them, but with SS likely making all up front, that stamina will be tested. I think CALM CHARM is better each way value, a bit worried about the inexperienced jockey on RAN at the odds.(I will have a small Tricast Perm on those three as well).
