Here is the Mention Logic (a reminder a Mention is a horse fancied at 1/2 odds of tips often more speculative but analysed as in with a good chance)

In the 1.50 at Haydock ICE CANYON and QUOTELINE DIRECT stand out in terms of ability to handle rain softened Going. The forecast indicates a lot of rain and IC in particular has Irish form on soft and the booking of Hanaghan looks significant, QD has similar proven aptitude in conditions and off a nice mark. At Goodwood in the 2.35 SIR TITAN looks excellent value, drop in trip should suit its prominent running style here and with an excellent tactician up not hard to see it at or near the front from a nice draw and trying to take this from the front. The likes of Sea Shack/Mr Tyrrell/ Berkshire Boy look dangers but may not have wanted the rain as much. Another Boy would have been very strongly fancied but know noting about the Claimer and this is not a track for the inexperienced.

At Goodwood in the 4.55 ARTY CAMPBELL looks a big priced for one who will love conditions and with another proven stayer in Medburn Cuttler might be a nice Tricast Perm with the tip and with ARTY CAMPBELL as a single e/w mention and MC for Tricast Perm only. Finally up at Pontefract, a fair number will like the anticipated very soft Going, but BEVERLEY BULLET and HANSEATIC both look ready to deliver something and conditions are ideal and if you want a dabble at the Tricast add in Mr Cool Cash for T'C only.
