Musselburgh 2.40 as mentioned above PEA SHOOTER could be a very nice each way price and is also in Tricast perm. It has a nice draw
in Stall 11, should get a nice tow in tot he race; is fit and had good Course and Distance form and a very decent 5lbs Claimer up and value.
In the 4.10 race I noted TRAUTMANN running well to a point at Thirsk on Monday; I think this sharper track may be more beneficial to its
prominent running style and with a bot more race fitness could run a place at least at double figure (currently 10/1) odds.
The only other one I had a brief look at, also on a footballing theme (like Trautmann) was a horse I nearly had a small stake in; purely
the heart ruling the head as he is called DUGARRY; (had the please of watching his mercurial skills for 6 months in 2003 before his
knees gave up an awesome talent; syndicate owns him run by former Birmingham Keeper Ian Bennett). He has always cried out for
12 furlongs and may improve for it, needs to, this race a bit too deep I think, but one I will track and may yet have a slither of who knows?
