WINDSOR 5.50 4 Frantical 1/2 point each way @ 10/1 with SkyBet - SkyBet go odds to 4th place and that is intrinsic to logic of the bet.

A tight little Class 6 race over 10 furlongs and EPSOM SECRET was an obvious starting point. Won this race in 2017 off a very similar mark and very similar preparation, will be the one to beat but the price and a draw in stall 11 just put me off for main bet purposes. I also think that Destinys Rock, who is very consistent will run a big race; likely to set the pace drawn close to stands rail, IF it gets the fractions better this time could hang on, but drawn close to it, I think, with luck in running it could set the race up nicely for FRANTICAL.  Frantical ran well last time, looks to be coming to hand, won this time last year in a very similar race at Ffos Llas and off the mark and a slightly better draw, I just fancy it to get the better of Epsom Secret with New Street who is very well handicapped, and Jalingo, who may be being prepped for a return to Hurdles, both on interesting marks. The TRICAST suggestion is Frantical / Epsom Secret and Destinys Rock.

AYR 4.05 3 Nicholas T 1/2 point each way @ 8/1 - the Fell and Goldie yards who both had big Saturday winners slug it out here again today in an excellent Class 2 race for a Monday where frankly, all have chances. NICHOLAS T though has a couple of things in its favour here. It has good Course and Distance form, needs and is likely to get an end to end gallop with Poets Society likely to try to run prominently and also a bit of rain in the area, both yesterday and possibly again today, together with watering, will have taken the sting out of the ground, and at least given "hold up" horses a chance. I think he is over=priced at 8/1 for a small each way bet

WOLVERHAMPTON 7.10 2 Rasheeq 1/2 point each way @ 16/1 with SKYBET (Lads and Corals also go odds to 4th place) - A SURE WELCOME and WHITECREST run here for John Spearing, who is I gather slowly on the mend, although it will be a very long job I fear to get back on his feet and at work as he would like. A Sure Welcome is mustard round here and sure to well and Whitecrest owes us nothing after that 20/1 win about 5 weeks back. There are any number in here with chances but of them all I think RASHEEQ is the most interesting. It is badly out of form if you look literally at results but this time last year and as late as September last year was placing off marks around the high 80's and up to 90. It steps down in Class considerably, back on to Tapeta (it actually made its debut here at Wolverhampton running well) and a draw in Stall 11 may not be as big a handicap as it would seem as the horse can be "dropped in" and allowed to get in to a rhythm. Off a mark of 77 with the Tim Easterby Yard in good nick, it is very much worth a speculative punt with Sky / Lads / Corals going odds to 4th place.
