Here is the Logic and Analysis for today's Daily Tips-:

Newmarket 3.20 3 Syrian Pearl @ 7/1 + 5 My Amigo @ 14/1 - 1/4 point each way both (odds to 4th place) - suggested Tricast Perm in Italics

The "greys race" has become a nice feature of the Flat Racing Calendar and although the field is often a broad spread, in terms of ability, it is a race targeted by some Trainers. Two previous winners return in SYRIAN PEARL and Case Key and of the pair I marginally prefer Syrian Pearl today but Case Key would seem a "must" for the Tricast perm. Both are likely to have been laid out again for the race and have strong form Claims. We were thwarted in a plan to follow Marjorie Fife's Perfect Words last night  (non runner); but I have a hunch about the Yard as mentioned yesterday, she runs 2 here in MY AMIGO and INEXES and both look very well handicapped and although My Amigo has by far the more obvious claims; and this is somewhat calmer waters than some recent runs, I can't leave Inexes out totally, so will perm in to a few Tricast lines.

The Tricast Full Perm is suggested as SYRIAN PEARL / MY AMIGO and CASE KEY and I will play a few 25p lines including Inexes.

Doncaster 3.25 8 Truth Or Dare @ 8/1 + 1 Muntadab @ 15/2 - 1/4 point each way each

A very competitive and tight Handicap and a field of 9 runners both selections are on very nice marks, I marginally prefer Truth Or Dare, who really looked to be running in to form last time out and who will appreciate a bit more cut and a lot less sting in the Ground. Muntadab may just have wanted a bit more rain, but it is a cloudy forecast, so can't see the Going getting any firmer than it is, and off a mark of 100, less a 5lbs Claim, it looks well enough handicapped despite top weight; and looks a horse more suited to carrying weight in this Class, (Class 2); than being outclassed off lower weight in better races.

Newbury 4.40 4 Zzoro @ 14/1 - 1/4 point each way

Another tight little race but the Going at Newbury is likely to be softer than elsewhere after some heavy rain on Thursday and as with Newmarket, not likely to "burn off" today. The selection has been kept away from really firm Going and we will say that again and again over the coming weeks; and back down from 12 furlongs it runs over its optimum trip. Best form at this 10 furlongs are off marks around 82/83 with some "cut" in the ground , Jim Crowley rides and off a mark below 80 (79) looks like one who could really return to form in the next few runs; so one we will track and follow.

Chepstow 6.10 5 Tifi @ 7/1 - 1/4 point each way (odds to 4th) see Tricast suggestion

This selection has been running at a mile, and we tipped it last time when just out of the places. It has won well though over Course and Distance and won at the trip last year off a mark of 55. There are odds to 4th place and he narrowly got the call over Rebel Heart. I have Showmethewaytoavarillo and Tallys Song (both poor recently) in the Tracker and the appearance of "soft" in the Going description matches both profiles so as in the 3.20 at Newmarket we will suggest a small Tricast (Full Perm on 3 at 50p per Unit = 6 bets so total is 3 quid) and we will add in a few lines on Tallys Song.

That's all for today and we will have a look in the morning at Sunday Racing - the usual later Sunday time of around 10.00am
