Thursday 24th May

At Catterick in the 3.35 the 3 at the head of the market are all on the short side and may well back up the confidence but the value in the race could be Ralph Becketts FORT VERT and the early 12/1 looks about 4 points too much to me. The return of Blinkers is eye catching and aver the 12 Furlongs could see the horse utilise early pace more conservatively and if it is going to get home over the trip (which on breeding looks well within scope) it should be here.

It is always hard to tip/advise at 8am for a race 12+ hours later especially with rain about but there are some specific instructions below for the final race at Sandown-:

At Sandown in the 8.40 MOUNTAIN ANGEL looks very solid but probably wants a sprinkling of rain, FRANK BRIDGE and KYREN would come right in to equation "with rain" so my suggestion is a Tricast Perm play with those 3 and the tip IF it rains (the switch would be if Going is "Good To Soft" by 8.00pm) and IF it is consider a 1/4 point on FRANK BRIDGE currently 14/1 and KYREN currently 8/1 to support the tip. (Play as late as you can and only if Good To Soft or pouring with rain if Good ground still)
