THE PROFESSOR -: This is as tight and competitive as you can get and the winner will almost certainly need "luck in running" The convention
is that you need a low draw here. It is certainly helpful if you can make a nice break drawn low and stay prominent, but you can easily find
yourself behind a wall of horses and trapped in, and those drawn middle to high can come "over the top" of horses trapped on the rail in
the dying strides. It is also a much steeper climb to the line than the TV cameras show, and I will look for some proven stamina and Course
form in my selections. I want to take on Alejandro, Areen Heart and Dawaaleeb all at the head of the market and justifiably so as I think

they are better horses at a mile, better on flatter tracks and have a view that the extra 100 yards and the hill may catch them out here.

I think of those in the top half of the market that JACBEQUICK despite looking the O'Meara second string on jockey booking could be the
one to be on. He has a bit of stamina, been knocking on the door, a mark of 79 is excellent for a horse who normally delivers good solid
runs at 80+ and he needs a strongly run race that he looks sure to get here. A draw in 8 allows him to "come over the top" if he is ridden
that way and SKYBET go odds to 4th place. Of the rest RINARIA and ZODIAKOS both look a bit high in the weights to me despite good
Course form but I will watch and track those in the next few months very closely and the unexposed Fahey runner PRYING PANDORA
is worth a small (mention) investment I think. A nice 3rd last time when needing the run; the runner up has come out and won since to frank

the form a bit and drawn in Stall 9 could get a nice tow in to the race and probably the one with most scope to improve.

The tip and mention and RINARIA and Magic City who could outrun odds would be the 4 for my Tricast Perm.

ROBIN TAYLOR -: The 3.20 at Wincanton is over an extended 2 miles and 5 furlongs and although priced at 5/4; I really do want to
find something to take on STOLE THE SHOW. The horse is quirky with a Capital Q if you want to back it at 5/4, have a look at its last
run and then have a long hard intake of breath. It might win but not for me. The Black Squirrel seems to be marked up on what looks
like a very average Point 2 Point performance yet I can't believe the 10/1 available for CHATO. The horse was a fair bumper; was
poor last time after a wind operation but there is one piece of solid and standout form. It ran well in a Ludlow Novice where it beat
a solid yardstick rated 115 and finished well in front of Kilfilum Cross whose last win was off a mark of 137. It runs off a mark of 112

here and having had a run after a wind op and gained fitness from it looks outstanding value.

I think that WHATTHEBUTLERSAW is clearly a fragile horse but you can't knock its form when it does race and it has won and run
well fresh so well worth a "mention" and the other one who really caught my eye at 20/1 was ITSAMANSLIFE; trainer Katy Price
does an excellent job with a small string, it must be burden enough to carry that name but she does very well with her horses.
ITSAMANSLIFE has some decent 3 mile Point 2 Point form on Good Going and may have needed its last run and looks like
one that could be worth following on decent summer Jumping ground at this trip and a shade more. Whatever it delivers today;
it is one we will track and follow over the coming weeks. For a TRICAST we'll have those 3 and the errant favourite Stole The Show
