Hexham 5.05 a Handicap Hurdle over 2 miles 7 1/2 furlongs on soft Going that is likely to be very churned up by the time of this final race on the Card.

 

Court Baloo and Vif Argent head the market and if you want a win saver on anything in the race I would just favour CD winner COURT BALOO whose only concern would be the going, but with Course form in its cv I fancy it more than Vif Argent, not hard to see this pair finishing 1-2 but may be some value at much bigger Odds.

 

Our Nest Egg is one to track and if there is any more Good or Good to Soft this Autumn one who can pick up a little prize but I will have an e/w punt on MOORLANDS MIST who runs prominently, won this corresponding race at 33/1 last year, won't mind the cut in the ground and back to last years win mark of 98. Now aged 12 and more bad runs than good, but had a run to blow cobwebs away and as usual prominent for a long way then, type who can get in to a nice rhythm and enjoy being in front and although that will mean a nail biting wait for something to come late and past it, I think good value for a strong run and may be a place at least. 

 

I wouldn't put anyone off a small Tricast Perm with Court Baloo and Vif Argent in pursuit down the home stretch.
