In the Apprentice Handicap Hurdle at 1.50 over just short of 3 miles a field of 14 go to post and whilst the top couple in the market look solid I think the each way value lies with the consistent ALI THE HUNTER. It has solid form at the trip, on this kind of ground, over Course and Distance and having been placed regularly deserves to pick up a small prize like this and should give us a run for our money.

 

Off top weight Kendelu also a Course and Distance winner can't be discounted but one for the tRackers after it's run today, a return after 115 days and possibly still needs a few pounds off the handicapper. I can see it winning races before Autumn is out.

 

One for may be a small side bet but definitely to track is Tom O Roughley, it has 3 mile P2P form in Ireland, the Ralph yard specialises in this type of long term prospect, this trip and blinkers could start to unlock potential and it would be no surprise to see it in contention at a nice each way price.
