GRUMETI really catches the eye here, the scene of its best Flat run last year winning the

Cesarewitch at odds of 50/1. It ran in the 2016 renewal a few weeks back finishing a

commendable 9th of 30 odd and looks to have a sound each way chance here. What

strikes us most is the fact that Alan King has come back here so late in the season, the

horse does not take a lot of runs well, always seems to travel sweetly and owes the

Yard absolutely nothing, the fact that he comes out again today indicates they fancy

the terms of the race, as they are under no pressure to run the horse unnecessarily.

The top 2 on the Card are obvious threats but Grumeti has always had "a touch of class"

and with the last run showing the ability is still there, looks a strong each way punt.
