Good Morning
There is some very decent action today at Bath; Goodwood; Haydock and Pontefract on the Flat and at Worcester over the Jumps + Irish Racing. The dominant feature though has to be RAIN. It has positively poured down in The Midlands since about 2am and looks set until early afternoon. I have no doubt that Haydock; Pontefract and Worcester will be run on Going considerably softer than forecast and whilst the South looks drier, safe to assume Good To Soft at best at Goodwood.
I anticipate a fair number on "non runners" and a focus later on soft ground form, so a day when these early prices might not hold. That I suspect will be purely down to non runners and Going, so if you can get an early price, a rare occasion where it might be worth a BOG as taking any Rule 4 hit; may be lesser of two evils when markets reform (just my thoughts at your discretion what you do).
We have TIPS today from The Advisor at Haydock; Valueman at Goodwood and Robin at Worcester and a few Mentions and Tricast Perms with some "mud lovers" priced up to 33/1.
We had to wait until the final race for a winner last night with CHIEFOFCHIEFS advised at 8/1 not only delivering a win but we also found a decent Tricast/Trifecta Perm suggested out of it too. Earlier on, nothing had run badly, but nothing had quite placed (or won) but a nice overall net profit if you got the 8/1 and an even better one if you had the Tricast up.
