Monday 19th November

There is National Hunt Racing today at Hereford and Plumpton, both on Good ground, moderate fare with small fields and also AW at Kempton.

Low Grade longer Distance races early in the week are an area where we have usually thrived and the 3.05 at Plumpton a Class 4 Handicap Chase over and extended 3 and a half miles fits the bill in that context. After seeing a tip yesterday fall whilst leading (FOLLOW THE BEAR) and going well at Cheltenham, hampering the other tip (Max Forte) in the process and then OLD GUARD advised at 20/1 run a nice place; I think a change of luck is needed, although only a week ago, we were in the midst of 5 winners on 5 consecutive days.

We have 2 selections from Robin at nice each way Odds in a race at Plumpton and a pointer to an intriguing runner on the AW at Kempton this evening.
