Sunday 17th March

Good Morning

A nice win for Boombawn at Kempton to start the day yesterday and then a cracking effort from both Supremely West and Tanganyika at double figure SP's to finish second and third at Uttoxeter, beaten only by another Skelton horse who had been lumped on as his great run of form continues. Unfortunately, the result of the Midlands National could not live up to the positivity of the first two races and ended in abject failure.

We've had a long hard look at Chepstow and Huntingdon today and in general small fields can't find anything to confidently take on what looks like Cardsthat will be dominated by the top end of the market.

There is Irish action at Down Royal and Wexford and a Happy St Patrick's Day to our Irish Members. With Sean and Michael both travelling back from their week at Cheltenham in the past 24 hours and with clearly insufficient preparation times for today's Cards and plans to celebrate like only the Irish do, we've no tips/analysis from Ireland for those reasons. We had hoped for something but delayed travel and lack of preparation caught us with them.

It's incredible to note that The Irish FLAT season starts tomorrow at The Curragh and we've got eyes on a couple of early season mud loving types to hopefully kick off the Flat season with a BANG.

Back tomorrow then with tips and analysis at around 8.00am
