Thursday 14th June

Good Morning

There is plenty of racing again today with action at Haydock; Newbury; Nottingham and Yarmouth on the Flat and Uttoxeter over the Jumps with Leopardstown also racing in Ireland.

We have selections (tips) today from The Advisor at Newbury and Placespotter at Nottingham and a few mentions with two at Nottingham and one at Haydock Park

I don't think I'll enjoy many more wins more than Sexy Secret, as a former part co-owner (with a very small share) you do have extra affinity for the horse and he is as game as they come and nice too when a race pans out exactly as you predict. Equally pleased in that respect with the win of Sofias Rock, given a lovely ride by Richard KIngscote and put the race to bed very quickly. Haymarket could not deliver like the other pair but remains a horse to follow I think, especially if he gets a few more pounds off the handicapper. A few nice winners in the past few days after a quiet spell, we don't go overboard at SP2A when we hit a winning spell, it's what we are paid to do, and you are only as good as your last winning tip in my humble opinion, but winners breed confidence around the team that the logic does work, and hopefully we can carry it forwards.

Whilst we have had a few very juicy Tricasts; one we will never better i think 1-2-3-4 in the Irish National and a £6600 pot; they do not pop up very often, a fair more forecasts do, but we are exploring a different angle that may be of interest more for the "systems type" punters, who are prepared to back a few more horses each day, all part of the service not an add on, and the little system we are working on has been running for about 8 weeks and is showing a nice points and ROI profit. Once Royal Ascot is over (which will really test the logic to its full) we will share it with you. It would have delivered Sexy Secret at 16/1 and Gaelic Wizard at 25/1 yesterday, both winners to SP.

A reminder that any tips for tomorrow (Friday) will be sent later this evening and that there will be NO DAILY or ELITE Tips on Saturday or Sunday, back on Monday and then on to Royal Ascot.
