A very disappointing day at Leopardstown yesterday once again.

 

It's been a tough February in the main, it seems to be a trend over the past few years and whilst we normally have a very strong Cheltenham to banish the blues, it doesn't hide the fact that results have simply not been acceptable of late.

 

We will have the usual National Hunt review and take learnings forward after Cheltenham and  Aintree and having had a successful overall 2023 Flat Turf season we do have some tweaks and initiatives to hopefully improve further in that sphere

 

With Inspections at Lingfield and Thurles, very Heavy Going everywhere and AW at Southwell, which is not a normal port of call, we'll ABSTAIN for the day and have a look again tomorrow. TRACKERS for those that don't have them in the daily e-mail are in the Members Paddock.
