Uttoxeter 4.25

ROBIN - Uttoxeter 4.25 - Handicap Chase - Class 2 - 3 miles - 17 run - Soft

I like Kinodo Kiretu but at the price I am leaning towards better value, a win saver may be a shrewd backstop!

CARIBBEAN BOY does jump off the page here unless the heavens are absolutely open. The step up to 3 miles should mean more improvement to cover off a generous looking 5lbs penalty. The Yard also have EMIR SACREE in here and De Boinville rides and if you judge it on its Sandown win off a mark of 134 it does look over priced.

The anticipated rain just puts me off Arizona Cardinal who would have been a tip on Good to Soft Going, Landofsmiles could be very well handicapped for a Yard full of inconsistent bandits and if anything tipped was a non-runner, then I do have a gut feeling for MORNING SPIRIT although it has to prove it's as good going left handed as it undoubtedly is right handed.

NESTOR PARK who is relatively lightly raced and usually consistent and deserving of a win and COCONUT SPLASH who was travelling beautifully when being very unfortunate to be bough down at Aintree, and who retains significant scope to progress clearly have excellent each way chances to with plenty of enhanced place offers.

TIPS (1) Caribbean Boy / (2) Coconut Splash / (3) Nestor Park / (4) Emir Sacree (reserve Morning Spirit)
