NO TIPS / SELECTIONS today The outcome of yesterday will depend on access to various Bookmakers and Offers. Everyone should have had a 14/1 place SP with Ashtown Lad in the 1.45 and some will have had a nice 33/1 each way tickle on Stoney Mountain courtesy of Skybet. Similarly in The National, everyone should have been paid a small place return on Burrows Saint, a few will have been paid a small place return on Discorama, although in that race it would only marginally offset overa... We sent out David's extensive Grand National Analysis last night and thank you to the many who have mailed in with very positive comments about the depth of the information and the quality of the analysis, it's much appreciated. Naturally, analysis is only considered worthy by many when it delivers winners, so we'll trust in fortune and hope that the excellent work and time and effort that David has put in is rewarded with some nice profit. He certainly deserves a change of luck with 14-16/1 sho... [Read More]

Not a particularly inspiring set of Turf Flat Fixtures in the UK with smallish fields at Catterick and Nottingham plus AW at Lingfield and Newcastle. As usual in Ireland they have bigger field sizes, a more open and interesting betting market and on soft ground that should dry to yielding a couple of interesting low grade Handicaps. Whilst the 7.00 at Gowran looks likely to be top end of the market dominated, there are a few at nice Odds in the 5.00 race over 7 furlongs that Sean fancies an inve... [Read More]

Tuesday 6th April - No Tips TodayPublished: 06/04/2021

Good Morning; NO TIPS/TRACKERS today. There are predominantly small fields on the Flat at Pontefract and Bath and over the Sticks at Exeter and an AW Fixture too. There are better Flat Turf prospects tomorrow, especially at Gowran Park and then it's off the Aintree from Thursday. ------- The Irish National delivered a 150/1 winner and left I would suspect 99% of the Tipping, Trends; Systems and Punting fraternity scratching their heads. If you have a kid called Dylan or ... [Read More]

Very mixed fortunes yesterday with Sean unusually way off the mark at Fairyhouse, he switches to a race at Cork today and hopes for better luck and is quietly confident about a pair at nice each way Odds. The Advisor was genuinely unlucky to see COLONIAL DREAMS just get done on the line by a very brave Sue Smith horse, Colonial Dreams possibly just got there too soon and lost nothing in defeat. A fine run too from CANYON CITY advised at 28/1 who was also just caught on the line for 3rd... [Read More]

There is some decent NH Racing today at Ffos Llas and Wetherby in particular, a Card too at Clonmel, smallish fields at Uttoxeter. We'll focus on a competitive Handicap Hurdle Race at Wetherby and the West Wales National at Ffos Llas, tips from The Advisor and Robin respectively. Before we do another reminder NO TIPS / Daily Update tomorrow, it's Good Friday, was always a day off Racing and with 3 AW Meetings, no betting interest for us, we'll wait for proper Flat Racing on Turf a... Teenage Dirtbag ran on at his own pace into a runner up spot at 12/1 yesterday, if ever a horse, even an inexperienced one looked like it will need extreme distances it's this one and it is worth tracking for some long distance Summer Jumping I think. Realms of Fire was given a strange ride, left out the back, made very fast progress 4 out and then went out quickly, you'd suspect a more even pace and sensible fractions would have seen it place at the very least. Simply Lucky had a nice... A pretty poor set of NH Cards at Fontwell, Stratford and Wincanton and an AW Fixture at Wolverhampton today. We got the "confidence" factor the wrong way round yesterday with WELL ABOVE PAR and ARD CHROS running well throughout and coming home 1st and 2nd both at 14/1 SP at Carlisle and another juicy forecast if you went down that route. It was disappointing then to see the more confident expectation on McGintys Dream and Caventara both tipped with similar logic and form interpretation as t... [Read More]

With an hour less in bed for us all and an unintended oversleep due to an alarm issue a shortened version today although no actual tips affected. I will do the review of yesterday with tomorrow's mail, a tale of a very near miss again for David and The Elite Service but 2 nicely priced placed horses (3 if you went odds to 7th with Ouzo) a small each way return from another race and a few palpable disappointments. We've all learned from experience that big field Sprint Handicaps at Donc... After a day off yesterday we return refreshed and with David taking on The Lincoln Handicap at Doncaster and Sean a lesser quality but nonetheless Handicap at Navan, the 2021 Turf season is now underway for us on both sides of The Irish Sea. It's probably obvious, but needs pointing out I think, early Flat season, plenty of time for form to develop and Trainer / Jockey / Draw / Going indications to emerge, so we'll tread carefully in search of value. We will also have a look ... NO TIPS / Selections today A disappointing day yesterday with Rokhamtom failing to deliver on expected potential and Hepburn making a bold but ultimately unsuccessful attempt from the front at Chepstow. There are NH Cards today at Newbury, where some significant rain is possible and at Musselburgh, who stage 3 Finals of Season Long Northern Racing initiatives. The Card there looks fiendishly tricky and despite long looks by all of our UK Tipsters on a race each, a view that they are si... [Read More]

Having enjoyed the highs of 2 nice winners on Tuesday we sadly saw the sad lows of Horse Racing yesterday when one of the selections Russian Exile was fatally injured when running very well and prominently 3 fences from home at Hereford. Our thoughts are with all of those connected with the horse and any financial investment is always utterly irrelevant in such circumstances. We will hope that horses everywhere come back safe and well today and Robin and The Advisor have tips and analysis f... It's always nice to report winners, better still at big prices and when we get winner of the second tip race it's even better and for those who play forecasts, depending on which format you use, somewhere between around £170 and £230 for the CSF / Exacta. Emmas Dilemma was one we'd dabbled with and was quite bold on the in house Tracker the Tipters use, and she won well from Champagne lily, Tactical Manoeuvre had come down to a handicap mark it has won from previously and a... No complaints about the run of Sweet Vienetta yesterday, had a go, tried to make all, collared a couple of fences out. Hopefully that run will have restored some confidence, Spring ground will help too and one of those we feel worth tracking as can pick up a little prize or a decent place price at nice Odds in the next few months. There is NH across the board all week in the UK at Huntingdon, Taunton and Wetherby today and a Card at Clonmel. It's low grade stuff and we have highlighted... A 6th (enhanced) place for Fame And Acclaim over in Ireland yesterday ensured no great losses on the day and with Mirann and Insignia of Rock just missing enhanced places close up in 8th and 9th a good "cold start" for Sean on the Irish Flat. There are 3 NH Fixtures in UK today, small and some uncompetitive fields and a Card at Navan stacked with Maiden Hurdles. There seems to be a huge gamble about 4 horses from the Gloucestershire Yard of David Jeffreys and with a pair of them runnin... An excellent run by Mighty Thunder yesterday continued the trend of big priced placed horses that started a couple of weeks ago and has been the case for the week before and during Cheltenham. Mighty Thunder did nothing wrong at 18/1 jumped and ran beautifully, came to win the race and was just done on the line. If anything it probably just got to the front too soon and didn't have the rail that the winner had. Excellent analysis and tipping by David to also find a 4th with the Irsih Raider Stre... We found no less than three 50/1 placed horses at Cheltenham over the 4 days and with big priced places yesterday for Petite Mouchoir (advised 33/1) who may just have been a shade unlucky carrying top weight to come up against one who found a perfect passage off bottom weight, Edwardstone who ran a good race at 20/1 and then in the final race Whatsupwithyou (advised at 50/1) who ran on well with the other e/w picks finishing in 7th and 8th also a big odds just outside of the places. We... We started yesterday with an excellent 12/1 winner with Mrs Milner and some good old fashioned form reading expert Irish analysis from Sean, backed up by 11/2 advised The Bosses Oscar fininsing runner up, and for those who can and do take advantage of the Skybet offers, Dandy Mag coming home 7th at 20/1, the form analysis of when those three met just after Christmas perfectly exposed. A 3rd, 4th , 5th 6th at advised 50/1 (twice) 28/1 and 12/1 in The Coral Cup raised the spirits of some yesterday and David grabbed a nice place too in The Grand Annual, with a couple of his running bold prominent races and may be not getting what they deserved from the race. A nice return on the day to those who optimised the enhanced place and advised odds and we move on with 3 cracking Handicaps today. A disappointing Day One at Cheltenham all round I thought, fine if you want to see short priced favourites romp home by half the track, personally that doesn't float my boat and when Twitter nerds proclaim Shishkin the greatest NH horse of all time, you have to wonder if the world has done stark raving bonkers, mind you when most of the social media nerds have to have a nappy change between races, it's hardly surprising is it? It was fantastic to see Vintage Clouds win at 28/1, we weren't o... We've discussed the hype around this Fixture many times and the fact that some nerds will start their write up's and momentum building for the next one before the Midlands Grand National has even started at Uttoxeter on Saturday. Another decent day yesterday and in one case perhaps unlucky not to have an advised 33/1 winner. Over at Naas both Fitzhenry and Class Conti placed (to advised enhanced places in the case of CC) and whilst it was a bit frustrating to see Scoir Mear win, a horse we'd tipped on 3 occasions this season, sometimes you just lose patience with one a bit too soon. A nice win for David and The Elite tip Langer Dan in the big handicap yesterday, 5/1 may be on the skinny side but the horse won well and the yard will have a number of decent chances in handicaps at Cheltenham in the coming week. At Ayr the unexposed and very well found Gold Clermont would surely have gotten up on the line but for clouting the last two fences, looks like a nice staying prospect and one to keep an eye on next season on that evidence. In a week when despite there being very few punting options we managed to find Super Citizen on Monday and Westend Theatre to win at SP's of 20/1 or more, but took a bit of flak for not making them more specific, and found three to place at 16/1 of more from four selections on Thursday, there was a renewed feeling of confidence in the camp and Sean found a nice 20/1 winner yesterday with Chenery to further substantiate that and for those who took or had access to the suggested Bookies offering 5... Three of the four selections yesterday ran very well in relation to their Odds to give us a couple of runners up and a third place. There were no hard luck stories, winners of both of the respective races were emphatic, but in terms of the strategy of finding big priced placed horses who return a nice bit of each way profit when they don't win, it was a very decent day. The Cards ate Sandown and Leicester today are short on numbers, nothing appeals much in terms of some poor AW Cards, poor ...
