Tuesday 16th October

We started yesterday with a very nice winner with GABRIEL THE TIGER winning at 11/1 as advised, that was the sum total of the success though and although ensuring a small profit on the day, was a bit frustrating in the end. The loss of the meeting at Windsor robbed us of a confident tip (as opposed to mention) and we came very close to Sheilas Treat (who won the 4.30 at Yarmouth) but picked the wrong pair instead there in Spinart and Suzis Connoisseur. So a feeling that we could have had a better day than we did, despite a small profit. At least perceptions and confidence have changed since some nice recent winners.

We have one "mention tip" at Huntingdon today in the 4.20 race.

We will be back tomorrow with some tips lined up at Wetherby if the final entries hold up to provide some decent fields; on what should be perfect autumn jumping ground.
