Friday 12th June

Nothing wrong with the analysis yesterday; just the decision making from it. That's a line we have used many times before, and no doubt will again. One of the negatives of explaining logic and analysis is that you can talk "all around" a horse and then when it wins, criticism comes in along lines of "why didn't you pick it" or "what's the point I only want the tips".

Good time I think to explain again that we see the service not just as a Tipping / Analyst service but also to help where we can to pass on advice and guidance. By talking through a race we can help those who want that kind of learning. We also respect those who want less woffle and just tips, and that's why we highlight tips at the top of the message, leaving it up to the individual as to how far down the message they want to read.

Frustrating therefore to see Tangled and Mutzamm both win but after a frustrating few days reassuring that the analysis is not far off the radar.

We looked at the 5.55 at Newbury today and really like both GENETICS and SLEEPING LION both in this race and also as horses to follow. However possibly very heavy rain around the area would do neither horse any favours and both might just need the run and not be unduly exerted, especially if the rain gets in to the ground by race time.

So we will focus on THE CURRAGH with a cracking Card including Irish 2000 Guineas, Irish Lincoln and a cracking 6 furlong Sprint. It's cloudy but dry there so Good to Firm seems the order of the day

Sean has selections and Trackers in the 6 Furlong Handicap and The Irish Lincoln at The Curragh today.
