Sunday 21st June

We were not able to keep the winning run going yesterday although David was desperately unlucky to see Summerghand just fail to get up in The Wokingham, (my how that horse deserves a big handicap win); when as we flagged up all week, the Draw bias suddenly changed late on Day 5 from high to low, although clearly it was more down to the early pace than anything on the ground. Had Summerghand got any kind of target to aim at sooner on the Stands side it would surely have won. A nice place too for Gulliver.

A very strong week all things considered and we still have Epsom and Glorious Goodwood to look forwards to, plus plenty in Ireland in the coming weeks.

Back to the "bread and butter today" and a few nicely priced and confident Trackers at Leopardstown (steady rain possible all day) and at Redcar (possible showers mid afternoon).
