A nice win for our in-form Northern Expert with Achnamara at 6/1 SP started the day well yesterday, after which we had to settle for some decent placed / enhanced place efforts at nice prices, although not enough of them, from the likes of Room To Roam 12/1 SP  and Irish Panther 16/1 SP.

 

The Welsh Grand National is the highlight today and Robin has full analysis and selections from Chepstow, The Paddy Power Chase at Leopardstown has unfortunately been hijacked by 10 runners from the MUllins yard, 5 from Elliott and with a pair each from De Bromhead and  Cromwell the elite takeover of Irish Racing again rears its ugly head. Sean has tried to find some value in the race with a couple of considered selections. Finally, the Wetherby Card opens with a 16 runner Conditional Jockey Handicap Hurdle over 3 miles that we've farmed to great effect over the past decade or so, and we've hopefully found some more value in the race today.
