Our new NH Tipster who had been in excellent form and was top rated Tipster on the independent Proofing Service we use for 1-3-6-12 months prior to replacing Robin for the Summer has been on a torrid run for the past 2 months but there was clear light at the end of the tunnel with a nice pair of winners and placed horses yesterday at both Stratford and Ayr. We'll be using him now that the Summer Jumping has returned from another short break.

 

We won't be tipping at Newton Abbot however today, the ground there is already Soft / Heavy in places and the expected torrential 5-6 hours of rain forecast to sweep up the south West has literally just started in Brixham, so we'll look elsewhere. It wouldn't be a massive surprise to me if Newton Abbot had to inspect mid morning. We can't find anything too conclusive at Ayr or Windsor, so we'll look at a hurdle race at Downpatrick, very much a specialist(s) track , to see if Michael can further enhance the good Irish form.
