The final Bank Holiday until Christmas (I've always thought we needed one the last Monday in October to coincide with 1/2 term as 15-16 weeks is a long old haul), and a decent set of fixtures on both sides of the Irish Sea. Some rain has just taken the edge off the good to Firm at most venues and we'll go to a Series Final (so we know they are all here to win) at Chepstow, a decent Class 2 Handicap at Ripon and our irish boys are back refreshed and ready to go with a Handicap Hurdle at Ballinrobe on Soft ground with more rain likely.
