Monday 4th November
Good Morning
In Ireland we are seeing a lack of rain and after a very wet late September and early October, we are now seeing a lack of rain really impacting on National Hunt fields, with barely any options today at Hereford on Good to Firm or a Plumpton. The paradox is that the wet spell allowed all of the big Yards to get their battalions ready nice and early but they are now waiting for some rain to just take the sting out of the ground.
There are 3 AW Fixtures at Kempton, Southwell and Wolverhampton, but apart from a Kempton race where one of the 2 Trackers today (see below) is quietly fancied, there is really very little to enthuse over.
There should be some options at Fairyhouse and Sedgefield tomorrow and a number of good options on Wednesday, especially if they water to maintain some Good to Soft ground.
I'll be back tomorrow with any tips and analysis at no later than 7.30am
