Saturday 21st September
A couple of placed efforts yesterday at Newbury where the downpour got into the ground and with more overnight it means we'll reluctantly give that venue a swerve today. No joy at Ayr in the sole tip race there but clearly some Good fast ground and The Bronze Cup result suggesting that middle to low may be the place to be draw wise should assist our deliberations today, but more pertinently maybe are track record times in a couple of the earlier juvenile races suggesting pace may be an equally important dynamic.
There are also Meetings at Newmarket and Chester today although neither have any particularly standout races, the same applies on the Flat in Ireland. We'll therefore focus on our top 4 rated in both The Gold Cup and Silver Cup at Ayr and a few at big prices to keep an eye on. Staking suggestions SPECIFIC to today, from our Northern Expert follow the analysis.
