Firstly, a big thank you from Ian for the kind messages which were passed on when I returned home yesterday. 

 

He's going home today after being re-hydrated. Some issues he had with kidney stones in 2022 and Gout a few months ago are now linked to his kidney functions and he was already awaiting some Blood tests on the 15th November to check on those, which have now been done early. Knowing him as I do very well, he simply doesn't drink enough (no or very little alcohol) so gets dehydrated; as apart from a few mugs of early morning tea, that's it, never seen him drink water as an example. 

 

I'll be in the chair for at least the next week and can hopefully help to find some winners. I noted winners on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and a few big priced places on Wednesday and a nice winner on Friday, so hopefully we can carry on in that vein of form. I have a call lined up with our IT guy tomorrow morning and he's going to show me how to reset the website and get that back LIVE from around midday tomorrow.

 

I'm not sure we missed much yesterday with the Irish almost totally dominating Cheltenham and with small fields at Aintree and Wincanton today, we will have a bash at Races at Galway and Wexford.

 

With the change to GMT all non floodlight Meetings will be starting earlier, so I'll be aiming to get the daily tips message out earlier too at around 7.30am which ties in nicely with College runs and work commitments.
