A rare very poor day in Ireland yesterday for both of our Irish experts, although if you were on Danesfort Mayfly at the advised 66/1 (available with 4 major bookies) to widely available 5th place, you will have mitigated most of the losses elsewhere, and proportionately so at prices down to the 25/1 SP.

 

There is another Flat Card at Galway today but we'll give that one a swerve in the tacky soft Going. There are moderate Cards with not too many to entice us in on the Flat Turf at Catterick and Leicester, so we'll look for some value with a few speculative punts on the AW at Newcastle, where we had some success last week, and also at Lingfield Park.
