Tuesday 29th October

A decent enough run from Visitant runner up at 22/1 yesterday on a day when the other speculative punts didn't quite match the wily old veterans efforts.

There are some very decent and competitive early season fields over the jumps at each end of Wales today on ideal early Good to Soft ground and we'll attack long distance chases at both Bangor on Dee and Chepstow. A Sprint race at Catterick is in the sights of our Northern Expert too.

Although we don't prescribe Staking any more and leave to your discretion, a heads up for those who may welcome it that our NH Tipsters Robin and RJ both suggest considering reduced Staking in the early weeks of the NH season as most horses will need a run, many Yards won't yet be firing on some cylinders, whilst some will and to probably wait until the Cheltenham Open Meeting to revert to full stakes. That's just for guidance though as they will continue to tip based on thorough analysis and imparting their logic is a key element of that.
