With few options we have one STRONG bet today, Lough Kent was most impressive last

time out, he should have been down considerably in the handicap, but he won in a style

that suggests he can take a 7lbs rise, still well below his mark when in the Henderson yard;

and often sour horses will leave a big yard, go to a smaller one where they get a lot more

attention and well "love" and thrive and with Brian Hughes up for an in form trainer hard

to see it mot being very competitive. There are "dark horses" like Hanstrubal and Get Rhythm

and Hartside is a lovely consistent type but a similar run to last time would see Lough Kent

as surely the one they have to beat and 6/1 looks a very nice each way punt to me.
