Daily Tips message - please read carefully

Good Morning

A really strange day of racing, all the best action will be at Haydock if awful conditions
dont intervene. The Card at Ascot is high on quality but low on numbers and no massive
punting value, the Cards at Huntingdon; Lingfield and Wolverhampton are more in line
with what you would expect on a wet Monday and Punchestown offers litte respite.

The only 2 we really considered were-:

Ascot 12.25 ROYAL MILAN a very competitive Novice race and may be not one to get
too involved in although the form does stack up very well over these tough fences
as the likes of Singlefarmpayment and Beware the Bear have yet to tackle PROPER
Chase fences.

In the 12.35 at Huntingdon ALEAXANDER THE GREY is interesting on form and mark
but also the Trainer, he is very streaky at this time of year but is prone to having
a string of winners and he seems to have picked up momentum....

Neither would be strong enough for a tip but you may want to put them in
an accumulator or small unit each way double. Our strongest tips are the
two races covered by Elite which the vast majority of you have already
received but as its a strange day - here is a copy of the Elite tips for those
who would otherwise be starved of a formal tip on a Saturday...

Normal service resumes tomorrow

------

It is a bit of a strange weekend to be honest, heavy rain at Haydock and the Going is sure to be
bottomless, if we had realistic options at Ascot; I'd look there but that Card is very short on
quantity in most races, if not quality and the Card at Huntingdon would not look out of place
on a Monday afternoon, so no real scope there, nor at Punchestown.

The 2 selected races though are fascinating being a long distance Chase and a Fixed Brush
Hurdle, we have to look very closely at stamina and fitness, ability to handle the Going
and also any form at the track; they are sure to be strung out all over Lancashire but I
am as confident as its possible to be on such a day, that what I have selected, in FULL
knowledge of the conditions, has as good a chance as any and better than most.

In the 1.15 race stamina will be key, RIGADIN DE BEAUCHENE ticks every box
to be honest and at 5/1 offers some each way wriggle room. I looked closely at
every horse, especially Fill The Power and Mysteree who were very close to
being selected but one that really caught my eye was ASKAMORE DARSI.
He is first of all race fit; he handles heavy Going, he has been outpaced up
the hill at Carlisle but staying on, he is basically a relentless plodder and we
know  that will be an asset here, not a liability. The yard have a great record
here and I would imagine the instructions will be, just let him plod on and
on the basis I expect very few finishers and some of the seasonal debutants
to be "pulled up" to wait for another day - this could just be the day
for ASKAMORE DARSI

In the 2.25 very much the same principles, I think these are basically "mini
Chase fences" neither Hurdles not Chase fences so we can look at Hurdles
and Chase form and the relative marks as well as all of the other issues.
The fact Yala Enki is in the race guarantees a decent pace, I looked closely
at all and discarded Two Taffs and Point The Way purely on stamina grounds;
I was left with CAID DU BERLAIS; KRUZHLININ and UKNOWHATIMEANHARRY.

I am sure it will involve these three, I may have left out the wrong one but I
am less confident about the stamina of CDB than the other two, I do have a worry
that they could be pulled up and saved for another day IF they come under pressure
but all three travel well so should be involved in the home straight. Both of the
selections have assured stamina and form in Heavy and therefore I choose them.

In terms of staking - one point each way on each horse at advised odds
or as close as you can get it and BOG the best price that you can.

THE ELITE will be back next FRIDAY (25th November) at the first of the
2 days of The Hennessy Meeting at Newbury - tips will be out by 8am on
Friday morning.

Good Luck today.

Regards
